Lo mwdajabot, o mwdqgiabò,cite-ref-1[1]cite-ref-2[2]cite-ref-3[3] è un ornamento cucito o semplicemente applicato sul petto di mwggcamicie o di mwgwbluse, realizzato in mwhapizzo o nello stesso tessuto del capo.

Storicamente nato nell'mwhgabbigliamento maschile alla corte di mwhwLuigi XIV, re di Francia, lo jabot entrò a far parte della mwiamoda femminile nel mwiq1800, come accessorio ornamentalecite-ref-ddm-4-0[4], pur continuando ad apparire sulle camicie eleganti da uomo, prima di essere sostituito dalla mwjgcravattacite-ref-ddm-4-1[4].

Lo jabot sopravvive ai giorni nostri come componente di vari costumi ufficiali, per esempio in quelli della mwlaCorte Costituzionale Federale tedesca.
